A friendly, personal and efficient service is important to us. If you cannot get what you want on the website please call Simon or Sarah(0777 4444 090) or email us, and we will be happy to process your order on the phone.
Placing an order on-line
Find the item you are looking for and click on the 'buy one' button. You will then have the option of buying more than one item on the following page, or adding or removing more products if required by clicking on the update cart button.
You can either continue shopping, or if you are happy with your order proceed to checkout where you will be prompted to fill in all your card details/billing information etc.
If you have a paypal account you have the option of paying via this route by entering your email and password.

Postage and Packing
All UK and Northern Ireland deliveries are £2.95 - this is a tracked 3-5 day service.
If you require a next day delivery, please contact us and we will organize this for you and inform you of the extra charge for this.
For deliveries outside of the UK, please call or email us and we will be happy to give you a quote.
Returns and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please let us know so that we can arrange an exchange at your convenience.
Although we hope that you will be happy with your order, we understand that you might wish to return some items. Please let us know within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note.
Data protection guarantee
We completely understand that before filling in any information about yourself online, you would like to know how it will be used. We guarantee that we will not give this information to any other company or individual, and therefore you will not receive marketing material from anybody else.
On occasions we will send you updates of new products and special offers, details of shows and exhibitions we are attending and so on.
