Delivery and Payment

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal, Credit and Debit Card (Visa and MasterCard).

DELIVERY

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, subject to stock availability.
We offer two delivery options:

Standard UK delivery costs £4.95 per order. Please allow 3-5 working days for the goods to arrive.

Express (48 HOUR) UK delivery costs £9.95 per order. This is a tracked service via our courier or the Post Office.  Orders must be placed before 12 noon (working days only - orders placed at the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched on the following working day)  We will always endeavour to send your goods out to arrive within 24 hours but during busy periods this may not be possible so your order will arrive within 48 hours.  Please note that not all items are available for express delivery and this will be stated in the individual product information.

We cannot accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in an alternative location, for example with a neighbour or in a garage, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

Please note: Saturday and Sundays are not classed as working days by our delivery carriers.

During peak times, particularly Christmas, deliveries can take up to 7 working days.
